Returns & refusals
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return Kirura Wellness Matrix, provided the packaging remains sealed and unopened. Please note that once the hygiene seal has been broken, food supplements are generally exempt from the standard statutory return right under UK consumer law.
If you choose not to accept the parcel at the door, the order will be cancelled and no charge will be applied.
